The Software Support Engineer diagnoses and troubleshoots software problems and help our customers with the software usage. A Software Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support to clients in person and remotely. Giving such assistance means that it’s all about solving technical software problems from the moment they call the customer service line until the client’s issues are resolved.


  • Resolve all product technical issues utilizing excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Professional expertise (Thinking differently to resolve customer issues, complete resolution).
  • Execute level 2 technical support.
  • Analytical skills (plan, organize, communicate, delegate and control/proper escalation).
  • Perform technical thinking/reasoning skills following established support process and metrics guidelines.
  • Understand customer expectations of assigned projects and pro-actively work towards resolution of client issues.
  • Coordinate with the internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
  • Data collection, management, and analysis.
  • Problem analysis and problem-solving.
  • Planning and organizing.
  • Application Monitoring and setting up the support environment.
  • Apply technical and domain expertise to solving day to day challenge.


  • MSc (2 year)/BS (4 year) in (Computer science/software engineer/ Computer Engineering).
  • Around 1-2 years’ of relevant experience.
  • Proven Experience in Agile scrum methodology.
  • Able to apply understanding of applicable regulations (e.g., HIPAA, SOX, HL7).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of TFS, Jira, Microsoft office and SQL.
  • Communication skills (Thoroughness and promptness of work, detailed and understandable customer response).
  • Known to agile process.
  • Familiar with SDLC and STLC.
  • Judgment.
  • Decision-making.
  • Teamwork.
  • Ability to think and work independently.
  • Energetic and a “can-do attitude”.
  • Flexible to work in rotating shifts.
