AltuMed develops and nurtures relationships with medical billing companies, as its Alliance and strategic partners, throughout the United States. A Strategic Alliance Manager (SAM) will primarily develop, service, and grow relationships with AltuMed’s assigned alliance and strategic partners to ensure facilitation and successful campaign execution.

The SAM will provide leadership within AltuMed and assigned partners to expand and enhance lucrative partnerships through professional relationships, ongoing training and education, and other activities to support lead generation and sales opportunity pursuits.


  1. Manage the Identification and Formation of Strategic Alliance Partners with medical billing companies.
  2. Drive new business partner relationships within your assigned area while managing existing pipeline of opportunities.
  3. Serve as the face of AltuMed to the assigned Strategic Partners, own local partnership relationships, lead Strategic Partner and AltuMed collaboration, manage local processes, and support partnership strategy by sourcing deals and converting leads through partners.
  4. Own key operational and enablement processes.
  5. Develop local business plan targets, track performance against plan and own portfolio reporting.
  6. Track client satisfaction for targeted account portfolio; formulate and manage initiatives to drive improvement.
  7. Provide day-to-day support to partner billing companies with regards to their domain, technology, and other business continuity problems.
  8. Respond to direct partner inquiries and provide resolution.
  9. Serve as partner’s internal advocate and voice within Cube (AltuMed) ensuring maximum alignment and achievement of partner objectives.
  10. Liaison between external and internal stakeholders to achieve project deadlines and deliverables.
  11. Liaise with internal Revenue Cycle Management, software and operations teams to ensure Partners’ during onboarding and ongoing servicing.
  12. Assist with timelines, asset trackers, internal communications, weekly client status calls, delivery trackers and campaign recap materials.
  13. Gather customer references, testimonials and case studies specific by partner.
  14. Remain mindful of KPI’s to deliver and perform on expectations.
  15. Traffic assets and gather proof of performance for assigned campaigns.
  16. Reconcile reporting, agreement inventory with finance and finance teams based on campaign delivery.
  17. Contribute to regular reporting on campaign wins and learnings to drive renewals and new business.
  18. Evaluate partner results and revise approach or recommends changes to partner structure locally and more broadly.
  19. Create and implements strategies to drive lead creation and opportunity generation.
  20. Identify potential new partners, assesses fit and recommends course of action.
  21. Leads sales enablement activities with assigned partners.
  22. Tracking and reporting of opportunities and campaigns.


  • Education: Graduation/ Masters or equivalent.
  • 6+ years of experience in Client Success in the US Healthcare Industry (Additional Sales Experience is a plus).
  • US Healthcare industry experience including Revenue Cycle Management, HER, Practice Management software is MANDATORY.
  • Able to apply understanding of applicable regulations (e.g., HIPAA, SOX, HL7).
  • Excellent communication skills. Extremely client centric and understands the importance of building professional relationship with clients.
  • Ability to adapt to change, work independently, organize work effectively and take initiative in fast-paced work environment while managing multiple tasks and deliverable simultaneously.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills and ability to read and interpret documents.
  • Excellent understanding of the importance of response times and importance of client service.
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications (PC, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM).
  • Passionate to work towards collective success through teamwork.
