The Digital Marketing Strategist (DMS) is responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall digital marketing strategy. They help with using web technologies to achieve Cube’s business growth goals. The DMS identify needs and new opportunities and aspire to increase brand awareness and work on strategical brand positioning.

The DMS runs full-fledged marketing campaigns through all channels (mostly through web technologies) to quantitatively analyze the outcomes. For this position, one should be creative and comfortable working with other team members.

Ultimately, one should be able to effectively connect our brand with our clients.


  1. Set digital marketing strategies using all necessary tools (e.g. website, emails, social media and blogs)
  2. Execute marketing campaigns, track and report regular results, gather insights and opportunities
  3. Lead and mentor the marketing team
  4. Stay up to date with latest digital technologies developments and best practices
  5. Manage all digital marketing channels
  6. Measure ROI and KPIs through monthly reports
  7. Develop, review content for the marketing material
  8. Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
  9. Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement
  10. Keep up-to-date with our audience’s preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns
  11. Strategize brand positioning in the market
  12. Help manage the AltuMed brand to ensure guidelines are applied and used consistently across marketing and communication activities
  13. Improve workflow processes and eliminate inefficiencies
  14. Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement


  • Graduation/ Masters or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
  • Experience with marketing strategies in the US (Healthcare sector is a plus)
  • Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
  • Solid knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics
  • Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
  • Be able to lead and mentor the team
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Designing skills is strongly preferable
  • Passionate to work towards collective success through teamwork

Note: Preference will be given to candidates from Hazara Division, KPK for this specific role.
